Today I saw something weird happened to one of my topic and I got this error when trying to open that topic:



I went and removed this: \ which was in this line: 'alt'=>'\');

Any idea how to avoid that?

I think there is a bug in the add-on itself, which under certain settings in PHP allows to pass double backslash, and that breakes the code.

For example, if you enter the only double backslash in the "About this file" comment field (i.e. \\) it will produce the same error on miniBB demo.

I'll try to fix the add-on ASAP and will post in this thread when it's done.

I've updated the add-on's package.
New version of the add-on available under the Customers area of miniBB.com.
You should entirely update the code coming for bb_plugins2.php, from the bb_plugins2.code.txt file.

In this fix, the script will consider all backslashes unnecessary in the file comment field, and will just remove them for any case.
Truly, I didn't ever meet a sensful description containing backslashes :)
