Why the variable Thin/Thick lines?

Been trying to work-out why the dividing lines vary thin/thick...
There is no rhyme or reason I can see.

Could you please provide the OS/browser titles/versions you use?

I've checked it in various browsers I have on hand, on iOS/Android/Windows and couldn't repeat the same effect.

In general, it's not even specifically set somewhere. I have no ideas by far where it does come from on your side.
