Would it be possible to receive the full post in the email notifications received by admin?

If you mean email notification received after each new post, in terms of template (email's body is stored in templates/email_reply_notify_eng.txt there is no optional configuration available regarding admin's notification body or user's notification body. So just modifying this template, try to put {$pTxtSm} instead of {$postTextSmall}, but that will work for all users.

Specifying full text for admin only means a lot of core modifications in bb_func_pthread.php, I just don't have time now to take a deeper look.
