Sure, I'm glad to be helpful for this great forum software. :-) This new theme consists of templates and CSS file, plus there's some background graphics used.

my "Register , search , statistics table" is ugly, they all work ok, but as you can see it has this funny hash marks, ||| and scaling issues.
im running new release with cleargoal ,templete per his readme.txt.

That theme's name is Miniskin3. :-D You can remove the vertical pipe character, the "|", by modifying setup_options.php. Open that and find this:

$l_sepr='|';

Remove the | and save. And the other thing is to find this line:

$startPageModern=TRUE;

Make sure it reads:

$startPageModern=FALSE;

i also learned not to edit the html with komposer, , it wrecks, the {} around https://www.minibb.com/forums Notepad2 cured that.... i was already using it on PHP.

Color picker might go centered if you update this file:

To the very end of that file you could put something like:

#colorpick { margin: 0 auto !important; text-align: center !important; }

...and see if that helps.

Also your forum seems to be missing some of the image files and also the special font that's used on headings. Font problem can be fixed by modifying the file that's located at:

templates/main_footer.html

At the end of that file there's a line of code that has something like this:

<script type="text/javascript" src="%7B$main_url%7D/js/js.js"></script>

Replace that line with:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.fixkick.com/bbs/js/js.js"></script>

I think that color picker is a plugin that nobody installed. You can find those plugins from here.
