How do you do sticky topics or announcements?

Login as admin or moderator and on the bottom of the thread page there will be the link called 'Make Sticky' (depending on your language/wording); for the Admin there also available "Super-Sticky" function (sticky topic on the navigation pages and on the top of all forums).

Post as a Guest, leaving the Password field blank. You could also enter a Guest name, if it's not taken by a member yet. Sign-in and post at once, or just sign-in, bypassing the message's text.
