Members can lock topics too?!

I've briefly read thru the manual and I knew from there both admin & members are allowed to lock/unlock their own topics UNLESS specified in the forum options.... <-- What exactly does this mean?? Forum option? I didn't see a function to disable members lock topic! :-|

All members can lock their topics, but can not unlock it after it is locked by admin.

Post as a Guest, leaving the Password field blank. You could also enter a Guest name, if it's not taken by a member yet. Sign-in and post at once, or just sign-in, bypassing the message's text.
