Strange login problem

Hi all,

I have setup MiniBB on a new page today. The install-thing went smoothly, but when I try to login as admin and create a forum, the system WILL NOT let me in as admin.

The login and pass is EXACTLY the same as I wrote in the setup. The cookiedomain is set to $cookiedomain='';

I have search for same problems in this form, but I can't find any solutions. There are some old ASP forums on the domain, but they are in different folders. Can they make some problems?

I have installed the miniBB several times before on direffent pages, but never had this problem.

Any solutions?

Have you checked this thread?

What kind of OS do you have? On Windows there could be many specific issues.

Post as a Guest, leaving the Password field blank. You could also enter a Guest name, if it's not taken by a member yet. Sign-in and post at once, or just sign-in, bypassing the message's text.
