Display lasts posts on another page

Hi all !

Is there a modification to display last posts on another page to a same web site ?

For example forum is located on :

website/forums/index.php

display last messages on :

website/dhtml/index.html

There is at least two different methods on how to bring latest posts from forum to other sections of a website. MiniBB has plugin called First page news, which I think is the easiest way. Then there is also a possibility to use RSS feeds which are aggregated to website for example with SimplePie.
