How to put "Recent Topics" to the left column and "Main Forums" to the right?

How to put "Recent Topics" to the left column and "Main Forums" to the right like on this official minibb forum? :)

in setup_options.php:
set: $startPageModern=TRUE;

Note: your forums must have enough of topics for that ;) If you have 0 topis, you will experience a lot of empty space. That is not nice.
