New topics for Admin only?

Bit of an odd request but my forum is for offers only from my many affiliated companies. I don't want new topics being created by members. Members should only be able to reply. The Admin link only shows when I log in so if the 'New Topic' form was controlled the same way then I would have the ideal setup. Easy way to do this?

I have solved this problem now - in a different way than I first thought of. Rather than mess with the code I installed another minibb in a subcategory that uses the same database connection though a different path in the settings file. I then removed the input form from the main_post_form.html on the original forum. I just log into the subcat forum to make posts now. The subcat forum won't be indexed and only my ip is allowed access.

Ah. Thanks for that. I should pay more attention to the manual by the looks of it.
