now at your 'Download' page is available only version 3.0. I downloaded it and tried to launch. It works some strange: I created 3 forums, but only one of them is visible and rest are looks like no exist. In DB there are all. How to make visible all forums I need?

Yes, it's the latest release. I am working these days on 3.0.1. It's not yet released.

Make sure you didn't touch this in setup_options.php:

if it has the value of 1, set it to 0.
Read manual for more of what this setting means and what for it should be set up.

What I need to do for activating links?

You may try to play with $allowHyperlinks option.
It actually means how many posts a member should do before he's able to put hyperlinks.

By default it's equal to 0, i.e. disabled, but I may suspect you possibly changed it :)
