how to move topics

I've logged in as admin and wanted to move a topic, but i wasn't allowed to...why? close or delete a topic is possible...

Maybe you have only one forum? There will be no other forum to move except it.

I have a lot of topics in a certain forum. Now, i want categorize these. First, I think I have to make new categories (forums)? How can I move the topics to these new forums?
