This is the addon for displaying the New Topic Form with forums drop down menu on the Main Forums page
underneath the last discussions area and the link to the separate page for the new topic form (in miniBB,
it is placed at the bottom of each topics list page), so that users will be able to start new topics in
any forum right form the 1st page after viewing last discussions. Both options can be disabled and enabled
separately. So that you can disable the topic form on the main page while keeping the separate new topic
form link on the topics page and vice versa. By default both features are enabled.
