One of our top premium plugins for Private Members Communication has now version 2.0 and comes with two new features.

First includes ability to use not only flat-files data storage, as it was designed previously, but also additional mySQL tables. That way installing this addon, you could choose between flat files and mySQL. On small-to-medium projects, where private communication is not the big part of the forums process, or on the servers with Safe Mode you are welcome to choose mySQL. However for the big and active forums, where users' level of communication could be called the active one, we still recommend to switch to flat files, since it will give more performance to the public forums database.

Another feature includes massmailing possibility, when Admin is able to send a message to all users at once. This, however, slightly depends on the settings your server may have, specially if you have large amount of members. PHP script should not be limited with execution time of 30 seconds (it takes about 20 secs. to send a message to 5,000 users approximately). Your server should not run in Safe Mode for this feature. Your provider should be notified about your massmailing as well, so it's not considered as spam.
