Not sure I understand exactly what you mean, but if you mean "Classifieds" script, miniBB could handle such task only on a basic level.
You could create "Categories of Services" as forum categories, so users will create "New Topics" as Classifieds in these forums, so other users also may add comments. You may also purchase some of the premium addons like
File Upload to extend the postings, if needed.
However scheduled postings (those which expire in certain defined time) are not available by default. Most probably if you are interested in other specific classifieds options, you may look for special Classifieds software, which is available in many variations around.
