Is possible create in the form field to add optional keywords and these appear in the meta keywords?

Answering the question - it is possible, but it's not possible in miniBB by default, if you mean this.
It would need a lot of extra programming, that includes programming of the core files.

I think regular users know nothing about "keywords", "forms" and anything related to the web. They perceive the web not the way it's perceived by programmers. That's why miniBB doesn't contain anything spare regarding it ;)
