So, that would mean:

- we can't ban the whole China network from our project, as soon as quite of lots of legal China users are downloading it;
- this user has been posted a definite manual spam message
- it is obvious that this message has been posted manually as it has been passed through ALL of our automated filters

So...

Having just ONE message appearing in a WEEK would mean our protection methods still work.

But it also means, that NOBODY is protected against manual spam, which actually, can not be recognized from any other "human" message without pre-moderating it, or giving other "hard" filters to it...

So I'm sure whatever we have planned, works.

Seeing the registration emails coming in to my Admin email account, I am mostly sure now miniBB's 3.0.3. methods against profile spam registrations purely work :)
