isset($mods) should be is_array($mods[$forum]) because if we are not using moderators per forum, it is still possible that mods[1] is set simply by the user_id of a moderator!

This is an easy fix.

We have a moderators definition format, and there is nothing to fix - you must specify moderators as array variable anyway.

The problem is only for people who don't read the manual and modify $mods=array(); to just include their admin id and the id of a friend, so they simply write $mods=array(9,12); or something and don't read the manual. But, it'snot your fault if the user doesn't read the manual, i know!!!
