Changing menu/navbar names

Hi
Can anyone please tell me how i change the menu/ navigation bar links at the top of the page.
I want to re name the link to the "manual page" in the navigation bar.

It's in templates/main_header.html
{$l_menu[...]}
can't remember the number

you can Take it from language packs
lang/eng.php

You could edit your 'adv_links_navbar' template and change '{vb:raw vboptions.vba_links_title}' to 'Directory'.

I'm not sure if this is about miniBB at all.
