I can't create a forum, when I do and try to visit the forum I get a not found and this error

I checked my database and the tables are being created, just not the directories?

Check setup_options.php and make sure $main_url setting is set properly according to the address of your forum. It should not have a slash at the end. Also, the 'forum' subfolder is actually the one you create on your own.

Post as a Guest, leaving the Password field blank. You could also enter a Guest name, if it's not taken by a member yet. Sign-in and post at once, or just sign-in, bypassing the message's text.
