Hello, i today install miniBB, so if i go to my forum i no see text, i must refresh page or i must go to my first created forum and then text load.
But this is problem, what can it do? I try two languages and same problem.

I want send here pictures problem in imgur, so i cant.

This i see in menu - | | | | | or in buttons i dont see nothing text

Before i complete instalation i see this two warnings in installation text

Short Open Tag: ON (php.ini)

Dangerous. Referrencing PHP authors, it's been recommended that you not use the short tag "short cut" and instead to use the full <?php and ?> tag combination. Read url adress here ... t-open-tag for further information.

Folder's protection

Vulnerable. In your current forums folder, where are you are going to install the forums, PHP script is able to create, delete and modify files. We recommend to set permissions for generic forums folder as read-only.

So next i complete installation, maybe is this missing text problem with this...

You can upload screenshots on our forum. Use the button above the Your Reply form on this forum. It should open our File Bank where you can store images and the other files.

From the first sight, if you don't see menu items it could mean you have a non-existing language pack plugged in. Check the $lang value in setup_options.php.

As well you must check $main_url in the same file as above. In most cases an improper installation starts from there. You must set it up carefully as Described in the Manual.

Security issues you have reported upon installation, do not affect the issues you described. Minibb could merely work with these leaks.
