File upload does not work in one forum

We have 15 forums running and one forum is not showing the file upload when replying to, creating a new, post.
Is this a limitation

You have to check settings under addon_fileupload_options.php.
$uploadForums should have this certain forum ID defined, with the assigned amount of upload boxes.
