I thougt i did everyting the right way?

It seems, on your server, SAFE MODE is enabled. Unfortunately, with this mode it's not the best time to run this add-on. It requires more serious resources. Ask your hoster about that.

safe_mode directive in php.ini enables or disables this mode.
