Could you give us more details on your issue?

Currently I see that there are no even forum titles visible on your page. So it's not clear what have you did wrong to "achieve" that.

I've got an issue some times something happens and it's really strange!

On this photo if you see last poster's Topic name:
But when you open the topic and last page (last post) there is no such user and it's another one!
I checked in the profile of last poster's topic name but there was no topic name in his profile also.

If it happened for anyone so what should I do to prevent such thing?

Such things may happen, when mySQL is overloaded. The script doesn't make a step in time to update tables. I suppose such error may come up from there. But I may be wrong, as usually.

I can't get exactly what is the issue you are facing?
