I need at my forum in a news section, where only the administrator can post and that if users can respond.
I need to put a picture together with the article in html would be:
<img src="imagenesweb/00002.jpg" width="80" height="80" align="right" hspace="4" vspace="4" border="0" alt="title">
Text about news

how could I do?

miniBB allows to post external images via BB code.
Not quite sure because of that - what your problem is about?

For complicated structures, you may take a look at the setting called $adminHTML. It allows to post straight HTML code for the admin. I think with that you may achieve any result you want.

I don't see the setting $adminHTML in setup_options.php . Could you tell me what is the file?

I believe that in this moment is working fine. I have placed in the file setup_options.php

//permitir html al administrador
$adminHTML=TRUE;
