what is the easyest way to put my minibb forum to my site template

Edit templates/main_header.html and templates/main_footer.html, splitting your template into 2 these parts.

and where my template images folder should be and why can't I add swf animation or jog picture to main_footer and main_header

You can add everything you want; unfortunatelly, we are not giving consultations on how to create HTML pages, you need to learn it yourself. Your images folder also could be anywhere, you only need to use full path to image (using https://www.minibb.com/forums for example), not relative path.
