Вроде такого нет. Думаю это будет полезно для администратора. Сделать добавление с админ-панели обьявлений на форум. (Модуль ротатор стоит, это другое) Администратор мог бы с админ панели добавлять обьявления. Которые могут быть текстовые и в картинках. Например можно открытки ставить для пользователей в связи с датами, или например цитаты на каждый день вставлять. (это у кого как фантазии хватит)
Думаю эта опция будет удобной и полезной для форума.
